Sex & Relationship Self-Advocacy Classes
Most women are taught to center everyone else at our own expense. To make ourselves smaller and more palatable. Told we’re selfish for setting limits or wanting something different for our lives than the script we’re sold. Told we’re too much or not enough.
Like most women, I bet you advocate fiercely for your best friend, sister, or daughter. You tell her that she deserves the best, and to not settle for anything less.
What about you? Do you advocate for yourself with that same vigor?
Despite all of the advancements women have achieved in society, I often see women struggle most in their closest, intimate relationships. This struggle significantly impacts our mental, emotional, and physical health. It affects our families, workplaces, communities, institutions, politics, and how we lead.
I want you to know that YOU matter just as much as your friend or daughter.
Your life and satisfaction should not be sidelined or trivialized.
This is why I founded Sex & Relationship Self-Advocacy (SARSA). SARSA’s mission is to equip women with the knowledge and skills to stand as strong self-advocates in their personal lives.
I have over twelve years of experience educating thousands of professionals and community members on healthy relationships, sexuality, social change, trauma, and abuse. I am driven to help women step into their power to boldly use their voice, take up space, holistically integrate, liberate, and advocate for equity in every sphere of our lives–not only for others–for ourselves!
SARSA will give you space to learn, reflect, identify your needs, and equip you with practical skills to actualize them through class topics such as
